DIAGNOSTIC MEDICAL SONOGRAPHY1980 HOUR / 78 WEEKSSEMESTER CREDIT HOURS 78.5The objective is to provide the didactic and clinical skills needed to enable the student to perform the Abdominal, OB/GYN Sonography, Vascular, and Echocardiographic requirementspublished or supported by nationally recognized professional organizations. After graduation, the Ultrasound Programs will be able to assume a responsible position as a member of the health team in a hospital, imaging center, doctor’s office, or clinic.

Prospective students may apply for admission from their homeland by requesting an application packet from the AMSC transferring $75.00 processing fee. The school will send all essential documentation, held in reserve. The applicant must complete and send following necessary documents via fax or e-mail to the AMSC: - The completed application form - Evidence of completion of high school or equivalent diploma - Documentation of ability reading, writing, and speaking English - Evidence of financial responsibility - Admission entrance SLE test with a score of at least 29.
